6. RA/PO Mode

This function is to calculate cash in drawer, enter into RA/PO mode and operation as below: Operator can open or close this function under RA/PO mode.

• l Initial amount is 0.

• l CASH will increase under below two conditions:

  • Enter amount and click “ RA” button, means put cash into drawer,then the cash amount will increase accordingly.

  • When the sales receive cash and the local currency, the amount of CASH will increase accordingly

• l CASH will decrease under below two conditions:

  • Enter the amount and click the PO button to withdraw the cash. The amount of CASH will be reduced accordingly

  • When a REFUND order is generated, the REFUND is cash and the local currency, the amount of CASH will be reduced accordingly

• l RA/PO amount will be reset to 0 after print “CASH IN DRAWER REPORT”
