4. Sales Operation

After power on the fiscal APP, s/w will automatically open at the sales mode window：

4.1. Clerk Login

• Select the clerk name and enter its password (default password is 0000).

• To log out, please click “LOG OUT SALES “ in the main menu.

4.2. Customer Info（Optional）

• Click the customer image ""at the sales mode.

• Enter the customer information at the popup window.

• Buyer’s TIN : The TIN code can be 10, 12, or 13 characters. The 11th character will automatically input symbol "-".

• Enter OK to make the sale. The printed invoice will be with Buyer's TIN.

4.3. Type of Invoices

• Device support2 kinds of invoices and2 kinds of its copy, list as below.

• Before starting the sale, first select the receipt type, the default is INVOICE:

4.3.1. INVOICE

• Default Receipt type is “INVOICE” which the receipt tile is “INVOICE”.

4.3.2. REFUND

• Select Refund before starting sales.

• Enter receipt number of the original INVOICE for refund.

• You can return any item you choose, but you can't pay more than the original receipt.

4.3.3. COPY INVOICES

• After printing the receipts, press “PRINT AGAIN” can print the copy of receipt and titled with “ RECEIPT COPY INVOICE” .

• 

  

4.4. Direct Sales

4.4.1. Department sales

• Click DEPT button on the sales interface to display the added departments.

• The default value is 13 departments. You can customize 13 departments.

• After a department is created, it is displayed in the department list on the home page.

4.4.2. Single product PLU hotkey sales

• Click ITEM on the sales interface to display PLU items located in the hotkey area;

4.5. Sales by indexing PLU

• The device support the sales of PLU by index, totally 3 kinds of PLU index supported: Name、ID、Barcode .

  • ID index： can index the PLU with ID containing the number entered

  • Name index： can index the PLU with name containing the characters entered

  • Barcode index: can search for items that contain the specified bar code.

4.6. Sales by Scanning barcode

4.6.1. Using embedded scanner

• Click the icon ""at the right upper corner of sales mode, device will open the scanning window.

• Take the device to scan the barcode on the article, then the article will be added into shopping cart.

• Can open/close the flash according to the sales environment.

4.6.2. Using external scanner

• Device support external scanner via USB port. The operation as below:

  • Open sales mode

  • Connect barcode scanner with device via USB port, start sales by scanner the article

4.7. Change Sales Price

4.7.1. Directly change price

• After selecting any of the ITEM or department under sales mode, click the right upper icon to change the price.

CAUSION: THE FUNCTION ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER SWITCH ON “Work with free PLU price ”UNDER SET MODE→ “Cash Register Parameters” MENU.

4.7.2. Change Price in Shopping cart

• Open shopping cart, you can change any price for the listed PLU or DEPT

• Can change price by pressing button “-” or“+”

• Can change price by clicking the price (70) and enter new price at the open window.

4.8. Change Sales Quantity

• The quantity of goods can be modified in the following two ways:

  • Can change quantity by pressing button “-” or “+”

  • Can change quantity by clicking the quantity number (1) and enter new quantity at the open window.

4.9. Item Discount

• Can make discount for the DEPT or PLU in the drop down list in the shopping cart.

• Click button “-” or “+” to minus or add 5% every time.

• Clicking the percentage value can enter new discount in the open window.

• Minimum discount value is 0%，maximum discount value is 100%.

4.10. Subtotal Discount

• Open the “Discount” button under Subtotal.

• Can select ether % discount or amount discount.

4.10.1. Set a discount price

• Click "-" or "+" to discount the price

• Click on the price and modify the price in the dialog box

4.10.2. Set the discount percentage

• You can click "-" or "+" to discount percentage

• Click to modify percentage

• Minimum discount is 0%, maximum is 100%

4.11 Payment Types at Check out

• The device supports 30 payment methods.

• In addition to cash, the device also supports six fixed payment methods and 23 custom payments.

• For details, refer to 3.5 programming payment types.

4.11.1. Multiple Payment

• Enter the amount at each payment type

• Click “ next” button enter into “Paylist” to confirm

• If “confirm” is clicked, the payment is finished and the invoice is printed out.

4.11.2. Fast Payment

• Click the name of the payment method on the payment interface to start the quick payment function,and the amount to be paid will be paid by this payment method.

4.12 Foreign Currency payment

• The device supports payment in 16 foreign currencies (Currency 1-16). Equipment selection foreign currency payment support only cash payment.The receipt shows the foreign currency abbreviation.

4.13.Calculator

• During the sale process, click the Calculator button in the DEPT list box to calculate.
